Concept Development

1.     Client and Designer meet to discuss aesthetic style, functional requirements and budget. The client is required to bring a collection of images showing likes and dislikes. I require this information to be prepared for review and discussion during the scheduled Concept Meeting.

2.     Following the Concept Meeting, the Designer will prepare a detailed document with a written outline of the central design concept as well descriptions of the aesthetic for each category of Finish and Fixture and supplemented with images and illustrate. This document will be either emailed or reviewed in person with the client for comments. Comments will be incorporated into a final draft and selection of Finishes and Fixtures begins based on the specific direction of this document upon its approval by the Client.

Presentation

1.     One meeting is included for presentation of above items. The Finishes & Fixtures will be presented using a combination of samples and images.

2.     Preliminary pricing will be provided for individual products at this time in order for the Client to make selections.
